Update 1 on IASIM-10. Are you mixed up about your hyperspectral data? Then join us at IASIM-10 in Dublin for a special session on spectral unmixing, presented from the perspective of both analytical chemistry (chemometrics) and remote sensing. We are delighted to announce two invited presentations by leading experts in their fields � chemometrician Dr Anna De Juan (University of Barcelona) and remote sensing specialist Dr Jose Bioucas Dias (Instituto de Telecomunica��es, Lisbon). Anna�s talk is entitled �Hyperspectral Image Resolution: gathering knowledge before, during and after� while Jose will speak on �Spectral Unmixing of Remotely Sensed Data� . The deadline for submission of oral and poster abstracts to IASIM-10 which will be held in Dublin, Ireland on 18th and 19th November next has been extended to 5th October. This event is designed to bring together people working in all imaging fields to exchange information and learn from each other's data analysis techniques. On November 17th, there will be a half-day short course and an interactive session during which delegates will be invited to presnet their analysis of a standard set of images.
