- Publishing Licence (PDF) (Must be sent with each submission)
If you are reproducing figures, tables or other material from previously published work or otherwise need to obtain permission to use copyrighted material, you must apply for and obtain permission before submitting your paper. You should ensure that the required permission wording is included in your manuscript.
Many journals offer the ability to request permission online and this may be the quickest and easiest for you; please check the journal's web page for any links to this facility. You can also try using the service offered at www.copyright.com. Alternatively, you can use the form below:
- Permission Form (PDF) (For reproduction of figures from other journals)
You retain full rights in your work and can reuse it, share it and place it in an institutional or other repository without seeking permission. Further, IM Publications grants you permission also to reuse, share and place in an institutional or other repository the final, typeset PDF. Authors may also, if they wish, archive pre-prints (the original manuscript submitted to JSI before peer review) and post-prints (the accepted manuscript before copy editing and typesetting).
IM Publications is a member of PORTICO™, a digital preservation service that ensures the long-term preservation of papers published in member journals.
