You may need to ask Woody Barton or Yuki Ozaki. If you have access to MATLAB you could download my CROME program from the Spectroscopy Europe site www.spectroscopyeurope.com/ go to the Tony Davies column previous articles and download CROME.Zip. This does 2D correlations on the same NIR input data but it should be quite possible to modify it to read in a second dataset.
