NIR-2015 to be held in Brazil

Following a vote of the members of the International Council for Near Infrared Spectroscopy (ICNIRS) during NIR-2011, Brazil will host NIR-2015. The conference will be held in north-eastern Brazil in September or October 2015. The date and venue will be confirmed in due course.
Also, announced during NIR-2011 were the dates for the 2012 meeting of the Australian Near Infrared Spectroscopy Group (ANISG), which are 15–18 April 2012. The conference will be held in Queenstown, New Zealand.
The dates for the next ICNIRS meeting were also announced. NIR-2013 will be held between 1 and 7 June in La Grande Motte, near Montpellier, France.
