Wave length linearization Failed

Dear All,
We used NIRs XDS RCA Foss after change mother board and when the running for Wavelength Linearization the option appear "Whavelength Linearization failed".
Any person know the solution of this trouble?

I have change the lamp 6 month ago. the life time still 2500 hr.

The best is that you contact your regional manager, GK Tan (see on the next post) - She is the best person to put you in contact with NIRSystems personeel.

Sabki,
I am operating FOSS NIR 5000, i have experienced that kind of technical problem, What we did, we change the lamp, and everything goes in normal condition.

Hello Sabki. My suggestion is that you get your instrument checked by the company. Even if you could identify the problem it is questionable whether you could fix it properly.
