LT Industries introduces dairy analysers

The new IsoPharm Dairy Analyser allows for real-time online process monitoring, include CIP/SIP probes and can measure up to 20 process points. Common measurements include fat, protein, lactose, solids, solids non-fat (SNF), casein and pH. These measurements can be performed in seconds.

Online NIR analysis is used to monitor key ingredient use, optimise cream blending and make real-time adjustments to keep product in line with regulations and specifications. The machines can integrate directly into existing control systems through MODBUS, 4-20mA and other standard communication protocols. They are designed to measure all varieties of dairy: milk, powders, creams, butter, cheese and intermediate products.
