Costs
Shipping costs are given below. Most books are sent by Parcel Post within the UK, or by Air Mail printed paper outside the UK. Heavier items may be sent by courier if requested, and a signature will be required on delivery.

*We have been informed that from the 28th January 2011 the United States Department of Homeland Security is continuing to require increased security measures for items carried on passenger airlines. As a result, some mail entering the US from the UK, that would normally be sent via passenger aircraft must now travel by other means, including ships and cargo planes. MOST items, including lightweight packets, will be delivered in the US within a few days of posting. However, there are delays of about two weeks for some HEAVIER packets.

Shipping costs are determined at the time of purchase depending on the weight of your order and the delivery address. The cost of shipping will be detailed in your shopping cart during checkout.

Returns and your rights
In accordance with the European and UK Distance Selling Regulations, European Customers have seven days from the receipt of Products to return them for a full refund. The Customer must notify IMP by phone, e-mail or fax of their intention to cancel the order and pay for the return postage. All products must be returned in saleable condition and you are responsible for ensuring that they are sent by a secure method; we recommend that you use a method that requires proof of delivery.

In all other circumstances, Products can only be returned for credit after first obtaining an authorisation number from IMP. You must pay for the return postage by a secure method and ensure that the products are returned in saleable condition; we recommend that you use a method that requires proof of delivery.
