Proceedings NIR-2009 – 14th Int'l Conference + CD

The 14th International Conference on Near Infared Spectroscopy (NIRS) brought together more than 500 delegates from 36 countries in Bankgkok, Thailand in November 2009. A total of 277 oral papers and posters were presented and this book covers nearly 260 papers presented at the conference. These proceedings offer a "snapshot" of the conference. The oral and poster papers are represented, mainly in full, but some in abstract format. Over 200 different applications were described at NIR-2009. Over 20 papers were presented on the emerging technique of hyperspectral imaging, while the miscellany of classification papers underlined the ever-increasing interest in quanlitative NIR spectroscopy analysis.

This book is essential reading for all those using NIR spectroscopy or interested in investigating its exciting potential.
