NIR 5000 Fail Lamp & Fail Reflectance amp

Hi everyone!
Need help!
My unit NIR 5000 got a fail lamp and fail reflectance amp.
I run Gain test and find out that detector voltage is very low approximately .2 only, and gain result is 80.
My plan is to change the lamp, despite 1 year 6 months of service.
