The CD-ROM is the easiest way to access all the information published in JNIRS.
The CD-ROM edition contains issues from volumes 1 to the last complete volume

NIR-2003. It includes indices for rapid searching of every word. It is updated
annually and subscribers can upgrade each year to the latest version. VAT is
