The online-only Subscription offers perpetual access to the online journal for those volumes subscribed to and for any number of users at your site. No printed issues are provided. VAT is charged at 17.5% on 100% of the electronic subcription rate for those in the UK and for those in the EU without a valid VAT number.

Enhanced access to back issues is available as an additional one-off payment: £412.50/€615.00 (site address in Europe), US$765.00 (site address elsewhere).

Combined subscription rate: £348.00/€522.00 (delivery in Europe), US$639.00 (delivery elsewhere).

A combined subscription is available at a discounted rate. It consists of the fourteen printed journal issues and access online to both journals for any number of users on your site. VAT is charged at 17.5% on 50% of the subscription rate for those in the UK and for those in the EU without a valid VAT number.

An electronic only combined subscription is available, if no print issues are required. The rate is the same as the print rate above. Please indicate this on the order form.
