Near Infrared Spectroscopy: Spreading the Light
Following extensive discussions and a survey of delegates after NIR-2007, ICNIRS has decided to publish this book containing papers other than those being published in the special issue
of JNIRS.
ICNIRS have asked IM Publications to undertake the production of the Proceedings, whilst they are responsible for the processing and editing of submissions.
This page collects together information and downloads that prospective authors will need in order to publish in the book. If you have any
questions or need help, contact Peter Flinn (see below).
The deadline for receipt of submisisons is 1 December 2007.
Preparing your submission
- Download the template and Copyright Transfer Agreement, and Permission Form if required, using the links below.
- Prepare your paper(s) using the template and following the instructions in it. It is vital that all contributions are prepared using the template and in the
correct manner. Contributions that have not been will be returned to the author.
- Send your contribution as a single Word .doc file to Peter Flinn (see below); preferably by e-mail.

Copyright Transfer Agreement: must be signed by all authors of all submissions and sent to Peter Flinn at the address below.
Permission Form: all authors must ensure that they have obtained permission to reproduce copyright material they wish to use in their paper.
This form can be used to obtain the necessary permission. Approved forms should accompany your manuscript to Peter Flinn and any necessary wording of acknowledgement must be incorporated in the contribution.
NIR-2007 Template: all contributions must be prepared using this template and the instructions within.
