This column gets its title from the name Chuck Miller has given the "Physics" session at this year's upcoming International Diffuse Reflectance Conference (IDRC) at Chambersburg. In a publicity release, Chuck said to get ready for a different technical session format for the session dealing with the Physics of Diffuse Reflectance and recommended attendees to study Beer's Law beforehand.
