The increasing role of NIR fluorescence spectroscopy in bioanalytical
chemistry G. Patonay, L. Strekowski, J.S. Kim and M. Henary Department of Chemistry, Georgia State University, Atlanta, GA 30302-4098, USA
ABSTRACT:
he use of
near infrared (NIR) fluorescence spectroscopy and NIR dyes in analytical chemistry has skyrocketed throughout the last decade. Since the NIR region is of low interference,
even in complex biological samples, it is well-suited for analytical techniques using high complexity samples.
