IM Publications Open is publishing the Proceedings of the 18th International Conference on Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIR-2017), and most papers are now available “in press”. All are free to download/read, and can be found at https://www.impopen.com/nir2017.
The Proceedings has been edited by Søren Balling Engelsen, Klavs Martin Sørensen and Frans van den Berg.
