Hi all,

I am using NIR for predicting the starch constiuent yields in corn, I get a fairly deccent R^2 and SEP values. I use the whole spectra 850-1048nm i.e 100 absorprtion values.
I would like to know the significant wavelengths at which absorption is occuring, which are contributing to the predicted value.

Appreciate any lead on as to how I go about finding it.

I am using infratec 1229 and the associated WINISI for infratec software for developing the calibrations.

thanks

Bajaj
