Rahimi
We have done some work in my lab on that topic and have published results which show that it is possible to detect and even identify a limited number of bacterial species in liquid samples. Email me directly ([email protected]) if you would like a copy of the paper we have published describing this work.

Dear all
Is it possible to detect the presence of bacteria or it's metabolites like bacterial toxin in a liquid sample by using NIR?
Regards
