Dear all, When I use PCA to analyze soil samples, I got the scores on PCs for dataset1 are 80%, 15%, 3%...; and for dataset2, the scores are 35%, 27%, 6%.... What's the difference between them, How I can explain these results? Thanks! Regards! Hongtu |
