Dear colleague,

I'm now using FTNIR to build calibration model for tobacco .

I have two sample sets. The first group of spectrums were got with aperture stop. But the other ones were got without aperture stop.

From the PCA, it seems that there are obvious difference between the two groups of spectums.
There are no much differences between the two sample sets themselves although they are not exactly same samples.

I want to know what's the influence of the aperture stop will cause on spectrum. Is there any calibrate method to eliminate the difference of the two groups?

Thank you.
