Dear Colleges,

Main laboratory must pass acreditation. It is realy terible time.
In main country Bulgary NIR spectroscopy is not standartisied method for feed stuff analyses and that create a lot of burocratic problems.
From main search I understud that in EU also do not exist these standats. Only in USA and Japan in found thise kind of standarts for general application of NIR spectroscopy.

I will be very grateful for every one citation of standards for NIR applications. In main great assistance will be receiving of coppies of these standards.

I believe it was H. Martens who developed standards for the EU pharmaceutical industry. In any case, I know they were done, and they may transfer to other regulated areas.

Harald tells me that he has been involved with some discussion about standardising terminology but NOT in developing physical standards. (Well not since we proposed the "SPHERE" idea for an electronic standard at NIR-92).

You should have a look at the review by Chris Burgess in the Proceedings of NIR-99, pages 101-107.
