Happy new year for all!

Im planning to evaluate chemical attributes of concentrated orange juice using NIR (1100-2500 nm), but Im not sure about the best probing setup; I have sample holders for diffuse reflectance and transmittance measurements, but no dipping probes available.

Before expending money on such probes, I would like to ask if anyone have previuos experience on dip probes measuring concentrated orange juice; whats the best method (DR/Transmittance) and pathlenght.

Many thanks,

Gustavo de Paula.
