Hello,

Our (chemistry) department has recently purchased a UV-3600 Shimadzu UV-VIS-NIR Spectrophotometer and I was wondering this instrument can be used to study proteins, (something similar to Circular Dichroism)?

I am a Biochemistry with very basic background in Spectroscopy.

Many thanks in advance.

Best regards,
Salman
