I have a stream that has up to 1000 ppm of debris (aluminum and iron particles) and from 300 to 3000 ppm of water. Could an process NIR be used to measure the % water in a stream like this?

If water begin to disperse as droplets at some level, as opposed to dissolved, will a phenomena like this affect the NIR analysis?
