Hello, We'd like to use NIRS to monitor amino acids in hybridoma cell cultivation medium. I found information about monitoring glucose, lactate,... but almost nothing concerning in-situ (fiber optic probe) monitoring of amino acids. Does someone have tips for my research? Other question : The concentrations we'd like to detect are 10 to 200 mg/l => None of the company I asked for can reach such low concentration with fiber optic. Any idea?
