Yiyang - your best bet is not for anyone here to tell you what brand or model instrument to buy, but to contact several of the manufacturers and have them demonstrate their instruments to you. FOSS/NIRSystems and Perten Instruments, for example, are companies that have representatives all over the world and can bring an instrument to your facility so you can try them out on your own products. That way, you will find out not only how accurately they can analyze your samples but you will also learn how easy-to-use they are and other subjective aspects of their use. You will also be able to evaluate how well each one fits into your future plans.

Good luck.

Yiyang,
The number of suppliers of NIR equipment continues to grow. In addition to the ones mentioned by Howard Mark, you may want to examine the equipment list that is part of this software. Most of the equipment companies are listed there, together with some means of contacting them.
The primary requirement for you, that I foresee, is the company has a presence in your area and would be able to have a representative visit you when needed.

Yiyang,

I'm now using NIR for tobacco analysis. As I know, a research group in China Agricultural University (Beijing) is focusing on NIR analysis. They have a lot of connections with many instruments company, such as PE,Bruke and many application experiences. I think they can give you some advices in detail.

If you like, send email to me and I will help you contact with them.
