My Dear NIR workgroups in India. You are aware that "ASIAN NIR Consortium" holding first NIRS symposium during Nov. 10th to 14 at Japan. Seeing our work report and contribution in NIRS(R&D) we (CEERI) are invited as country representative on behalf of INIDA. We are also presenting a paper. Our organization (CEERI, CSIR) sanctioned 50% of the expenditure .We have approached DST (Govt.of India) for the rest. Even though we have executed successful project under DST and transfered the Know-how our case is not recommended by the committee, the reason is unknown. I have committed to parent organization that I will bear 50% if DST and INSA fail. I will do it. But I seek well wisher support to come forward to bear travel expense only(economy air fare ). | ||
