Dear Fred/Ian/Howard and Gabi, Thank you for the links/tips that you have provided. I am sure this is helpfull in my current coffee research. Now first, let's take a coffee break! Regards Henk-Jan |

Hello Henk, There are several possible applications, beginning with simple moisture, oils determination, to caffeine determination. It depends in what product you are looking for, beans, grounds, in process when extracting the caffeine for decaffeinated, etc. Could you specify more or you are not at liberty to do so? Heinz Siesler had been talking about measuring coffee for quite a while. Don't have a particular literature reference, though. Check the programs for Pittcon and EAS for the last few years \o/ /_\ |

Hello everybody, Can somebody help me to find NIR applications for coffee? Or some interesting literature references? Or maybe even hands-on-experience? Many thanks in advance, Henk-Jan Ramaker |
