Dey - your best bet might be to look at the literature and web sites from the detector manufacturers. Possibilities include EG&G, Fujitsu, Hamamatsu and others. I am looking to compare diffrent materials for NIR detectors (eg InGaAs etc). I am havibg difficulty locating information which would give me direct comparisons. can you help? |
