In connection with the next IDRC, the "Chambersburg" meeting, in 2006, we are engaged in a project to document the early history of NIR. Accordingly we are interested in hearing from anyone who has documents from the early days. We are particularly interested in obtaining minutes of the meetings of the Council for NIR Spectroscopy prior to 1988.
