Dear Members: Is there any one who can help me to contact Everett H. Jefferson, Sr., John A. Spencer and Tonya BoClair, in Division of Testing and Applied Analytical Development (DTAAD), U.S. Food and Drug Administration? They published an article named NEAR INFRARED IDENTIFICATION OF INSULIN REFERENCE MATERIALS, 1998 in FDA Science Forum.
