Hi everybody.
I want to create and improve calibration with unscrambler in PIR AOTF on wines, musts and grapes, but i would appreciate to find reference spectra (to identify the right areas) of malic, lactic, Glucose/fructose, others organic acids and alcohol, glycerol, TA and pH.
