I apologize if this ends up being posted twice:

I am currently looking to purchase an FT-NIR system and have evaluated 4 vendors so far:

Perkin Elmer
Thermo (Nicolet antaris II)
ABB
Bruker (MPA)

I was wondering how many of you have experiences with these machines and companies and if there is an overwhelming suggestions to choose one over the others (or for that matter NOT to choose one).

Any information would be helpful. This machine and software needs to be 21CFR compliant and capable of quantitative analysis of numerous properties of complex lyophilized products.
