I am currently working on analysis of Oils (Groundnut, Sunflower) using Near infrared spectrophotometer. Kindly help me on the following query

My Aim is to give a Accurate method to determine I.V and F.F.A by using NIR Spectrophotometer
I had prepared and collected no of samples for calibration development but my samples were coming from different mills may be adulted(adulteration) for getting/ passing the specs in that case how my instrument predict.

""If we calibrate the instrument with neat samples and trying to predict the adulted samples with the neat samples"" , can I expect a good calibration?

If Not what should I do since we cannot predict the combination of adultrants they use-
Thanks
Tejas
