Author Message   TAD Posted on Saturday, February 08, 2003 - 5:11 am:    Does anybody know a similar NIR application example: - material: dry PET chips feeding an extruder; - NIR IN-LINE continuous measurement and/or discontinuous IN-LINE hermetical sampler for WATER CONTENT measurement in chips stream between dryer outlet and extruder inlet; - water content measuring range 0,003÷0,008% with standard error admissible +/- 0,001% of water content related to laboratory reference method ISO 960 D (called "manometric" or "vapour pressure"one); - we do prefer due to our reality rather units not so expensive, like ( with appreciation) FOSS probes connected to NIRS 6500.
