Edible oil and related using NIR in this moment have a lot of popularity. My question is wich is the better for oils, difuse reflectance,transmision, or transflectance.? I think the better is transmision using vials or cuvette and termoregulate posibilities.Is know some aplications are very sensitive to temperature ( ex,Free fatty Acids) and not all the oils are liquids at ambient temperature.
