I'm searching for a complete, detailed absorption list for NIR. Where can I find one?

Annick, Heinz - there are lists of wavelengths corresopnding to various absorbance band assignments in some of the general NIR books available, including "Practical NIR Spectroscopy" by Osborne, Fearn and Hindle, Longman Scientific and Technical Publishers. There are also lists in FOSS/NIRSystems' "A Guide to Near-Infrared Spectroscpic Analysis ..." as well as LT Industries' "The NIR Desk Reference". FOSS also makes a nice poster-size Colthup chart showing absorbance band ranges for the main functional groups that are NIR-active. There is also Jerry Workman's three-volume compendium "Handbook of Organic Compunds", but that has spectra of many individual materials rather than lists of wavelength assignments.

Whoops - almost missed this one: there are some Colthup-type charts in Williams and Norris' "Near-Infrared Technology in the Agricultural and Food Industries", AACC publishers.
