Hi,

Can anyone who has experience in FOSS 5000 instrument and had encountered a problem in Bandwidth Test during instrument performance test, recommend a troubleshooting guideline for me. Currently, our instrument is set up with a bandwidth limit of 10 and a delta of +/- 1.0. Actual bandwidth measurement is around 11 and delta of +/- 1.3. FOSS is suggesting that it is probably a detector problem but I would like to know if there is a way to verify this or fix the problem (to avoid possible major re-validation of installed calibration after a detector replacement). So far, the actions taken include lamp change and slit (between the detector) cleaning. Hope you can respond to this thread ASAP. Thanks!
