Jack
Make sure that in the system profile to set the path to the folder - sounds like you done that.

Next make sure you have created a report profile ---- use the one called LIMS_Export_Complete --- this exports all the info.

Next you have to hook up the Report Template as well as check the LimS_Exort check box --- this must be done for every product --- so right_click each product and select <edit> - then hook up the report template and turn on the LIMS export.

If this dont work then email me on [email protected]

Dear Jack, be sure that the "Enable LIMS Export Prompt" box is checked in "System Profile".

We plan to export and import NIR sample data between ISIscan and ERP system (SAP) by file.

The import inti ISIscan is working now. Sample data in a CSV file is picked up and NIR measurement is started automatically and saved into ISIscan.

In the export profile the export template LIMS_export_basic is set with a valid directory. In the product database the flag 'Automatic LIMS export' is set. However, no export file is created and there no error logging.

Any help is appreciated, regards Jack
