Recently I used diffuse reflection method to collected two kind of Pharmaceutical excipients' NIR spectra.they are PVP and MCC.Beyond my expectation the two spectra were same. I tried to use 1st derivative, but the spectra were still same. I don't know why. Could anyone explain the phenomenon to me. Many thanks! |
