Hello,
I am trying to test the performace of calibration models, developed using signal processing techniques, for anlysis of glucose of glucose in food items.
These Techniques were used on certain mixture of chemicals found in blood serum to predict glucose.
I want to apply these techniques to any food Data.
I was wondering if anyone has done glucose analysis of Food(NIR) (already published) and I want to apply my calibration routines to them and see the results.
Your help will be much appreciated.
Thanks
