NIR hyperspectral imaging methods for quality and safety control of food and feed products: contributions to four European projects

This article presents a short summary of the contribution of NIR hyperspectral imaging to the determination of quality parameters, the identification of specific traits as well as the detection of contaminants in food and feed products.
