By ordering a paper you agree to the following:

1. You may make a single copy of the file solely for backup purposes. You must not pass any copy to anyone else.
2. You may make print outs of the file for your own use, but you must not distribute these to others in your own organisation or outside.
3. You may not alter the file in any way, either the content or any copyright messages.
4. You are responsible for obtaining the Adobe Acrobat software and ensuring that it works on your computer.
5. You will be able to download the file from our server for 48 hours after purchase. After your payment has been accepted you will be given a URL to access the file.

We provide the documents without any warranty as to their content; our sole liability will be to replace defective files. If you are buying as an individual, rather than for a business, you have the right to cancel within seven days. If you wish to cancel, you must return the PDF to us, state that you have not kept a copy and have not passed a copy to anyone else. We will then refund your payment.
